Add a new favorites bar?

I have a lot of sites I goto and I'd like to know if there's a plugin that makes it possible to add a new bar favorites.

you can create a folder in the bookmark bar

a 2 row bookmark bar would be nice though;

I only have icons on my bookmark bar and no text
