The Sirius Internet music player for Firefox is also a must for me. I still have to also keep Firefox open all day in order to listen to Sirius.

I'll vote for:
1. Adblock Plus (obviously)
2. FireGesture (mouse gesture)
3. Easy DragToGo (left-click drag to open links)
4. Gmail Notifier and Yahoo Notifier
5. Tab Control (functions like Tab Mix Plus)

The only thing stopping me from making Chrome my one and only browser is not having Zotero (or a similar) plug-in...

One addition I would make to this list is the

Smart Bookmarks Bar.

It cleans up the bookmarks bar by hiding bookmark names and only showing icons, the bookmark names displayed on mouse over.

My top whatever:
1: Adblock
1: Flashblock
1: Javascriptblock (noscript)
2: Cookieblock (cookie manager)
3: Cacheblock (cache manager)
4: Bookmarks and history manager -- The 9 thumbnails are very helpful, but I use chrome on two computers, I want my bookmarks and history to be synced.

Gmarks anyone?

To me, the best bookmark sync plugin is Foxmarks. It works currently on Firefox; beta versions are available for IE and Safari. It has a very responsive developers team too.

Most important for me:

Foxclocks.
Google preview.
Foxtabs.
Show IP.
Tab counter.
Tab preview.
Tab renamizer.
Fission.
Flagfox.
Forecastbar enhacer.
Download status bar.

There are more but dosn't matter... ;)
